Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern all custom software engineering, cloud architecture, mobile development, and AI integration services delivered by Soft-AB S.A.S., based in Barranquilla, Colombia. Engaging our services implies full agreement with these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of invoice deliverables as agreed in Statement of Work (SOW):

Ownership rights to bespoke source code engineered specifically for the Client are transferred.
Soft-AB retains ownership over pre-existing core libraries, frameworks, and reusable utility modules.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes are subject to legal jurisdiction in Barranquilla, Colombia.
